‘I have nearly 13 years of experience in the real estate sector and have been associated with the company since 2010. I efficiently lead overall operations, finance, CRM, and projects. I am instrumental in making the strategic decisions for the company. I joined the business with a clear-cut idea of promoting and developing residential and commercial projects while keeping customer affordability in mind.

I started my entrepreneurship journey under the guidance of Mr. Dillip Motwani, the Partner Director of Laxmi Builders in 1997. The legacy of Laxmi Builders has taken the shape of Motwani Constructions since 2008.

Our ongoing projects like GM Terrace, Bliss, Sacred Soil, and Lordsway are making significant strides. Notably, MJ Icon at Tamando focuses on luxury, legacy, and location. Upcoming projects Anantara at Koradakanta (on Puri Bypass road) and Anandam at Ghatikia, near CET College, promise excellent location viability, amenities, and affordability. Anantara is open for booking and is set to launch by mid-February.”
