Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients, promoting our real estate offerings, and converting leads into customers through telephone interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate properties, services, and promotional offers.
  2. Engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels to understand their requirements and preferences.
  3. Provide personalized recommendations, property information, and assistance to prospects to facilitate decision-making and lead conversion.
  4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, following up with prospects through regular communication and relationship-building efforts.
  5. Schedule property viewings, appointments, and meetings with interested clients, coordinating with sales representatives and property agents as needed.
  6. Capture and record client information, inquiries, and feedback accurately in the CRM system to maintain data integrity and track lead status.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and performance metrics established by management.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
  9. Stay updated on real estate market trends, property features, pricing, and competitive landscape to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  10. Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and compliance standards in all client interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.

Experience: Minimum 3 years (Required)
