Site Engineer

Job Summary:
The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. This role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and the internal team to maintain safety, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of construction methodologies and strong problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Site Supervision: Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring that all construction activities align with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to design and safety standards, identifying and resolving any quality issues.
• Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage resources and schedule materials deliveries.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members comply with health and safety regulations.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, report on progress, and document daily site activities, challenges, and resolutions.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and direction to on-site team members, offering solutions for construction-related issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including site reports, schedules, and drawings, ensuring all project documentation is updated and organized.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role, preferably in real estate or construction.

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
