Role Overview:
Motwani Constructions is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Sales to join our team in Cuttack. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, closing real estate deals, and achieving sales targets by offering strategic solutions to homebuyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and channel partners.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including site visits, presentations, and negotiation.
- Generate and follow up on qualified leads through offline and digital platforms.
- Provide customers with complete project information, investment benefits, and payment plans.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to build trust and long-term association.
- Coordinate with CRM, documentation, and accounts team for smooth post-sales processes.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Represent Motwani Constructions in promotional events, property exhibitions, and local outreach campaigns in Cuttack.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales. Should be self-driven and target-oriented.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficient in local market understanding, especially Cuttack and surrounding areas.
