Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management in High-rise.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
