Project Head

Role Overview
:
The Project Head will be the overall in-charge and single point of accountability for the planning, execution, and delivery of a real estate project. This role demands leadership, technical expertise, commercial acumen, and people management skills to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Strategy

  • Prepare the master plan, timelines, and budgets for the project.
  • Align project objectives with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Evaluate design, architecture, and engineering requirements.

2. Execution & Delivery

  • Drive end-to-end construction execution ensuring quality, safety, and timelines.
  • Monitor contractors, vendors, and consultants with strong performance management.
  • Implement cost-control systems to ensure profitability.

3. Finance & Commercials

  • Track project budgets, cash flows, and profitability.
  • Build and lead a cross-functional project team (engineering, sales, CRM, finance, admin).
  • Ensure all employees and vendors adhere to company SOPs, hierarchy, and compliance.
  • Act as the single-point authority for decision-making related to the project.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) + MBA (added advantage).
  • 10–12 years of experience in real estate / construction with at least 5 years in a project leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
