Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing: Run the planned performance-driven campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.). Help manage social media, SEO/SEM by self or by the vendor company, email marketing, analytics, and content strategies to be implemented.
- Branding & PR: Strengthen brand presence through executing creative communication by consistently hitting the target market, media engagement, maintaining strong press and influencer relationships.
- BTL & Activations: Plan and execute below-the-line marketing activities (e.g., apartment activations, exhibitions, local events) focused on lead generation and audience engagement.
- Events & Communications: Coordinate press meets, corporate events, and branding activities; create marketing communication plans including strategy, budgets, and goals.
- Creative Coordination: Work with designers, vendors, and internal teams to develop effective campaigns; basic photography/visual sense is a plus.
