Tele Caller (Real Estate)


Role Overview
:
The Real Estate Tele caller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying property leads, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. The role focuses on timely follow-ups, accurate data updating, and delivering a positive customer experience that supports conversions.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Daily Calling Activity:
    • Mandatory minimum calls per day (inbound + outbound)
  2. Lead Connectivity Ratio:
    • Certain % of connected calls 
  3. Lead Qualification Rate:
    • Certain % of leads qualified as genuine prospects
  4. Site Visit Scheduled:
    • Number of site visits fixed per day/week/month
  5. Follow-Up Compliance:
    • Certain % of follow-ups completed within defined timelines
  6. Data Accuracy:
    • Correct updating of lead status, remarks, and next action
  7. Customer Response Quality:
    • Call etiquette, clarity, and objection handling quality
  8. Conversion Support:
    • Contribution to site visit to booking ratio (assist role)
  9. Attendance & Discipline:
    • Adherence to working hours, call schedules, and SOPs
