Fund / Wealth Manager– AIF

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Fundraising:
• Identify, approach, and close HNI, UHNI, and institutional investors for the AIF
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, follow-ups, and closures
• Build investor pipeline via cold calls, referrals, events, and partnerships
• Achieve quarterly/annual fundraising targets


Investor Relations:
• Maintain strong relationships with investors through proactive updates and performance reviews
• Organize investor meets, webinars, and portfolio reviews to drive retention and trust

Portfolio & Fund Oversight:
• Monitor fund allocation in real estate projects in collaboration with internal teams
• Track investment milestones and prepare detailed reports/investment memos

Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to SEBI AIF Category II norms and coordinate with legal/finance teams
• Manage investor onboarding (KYC, AML) and maintain accurate documentation

Strategy & Market Intelligence:
• Track market trends and competitor offerings
• Contribute to product development, fund structuring, and co-plan marketing initiatives

Loan Processing:
Responsible for end-to-end loan management including application, documentation, bank liaison, disbursement, compliance, and reporting, while building strong relationships with financial institutions to ensure smooth processing and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications


• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
• 5+ years in AIF sales, wealth management, private banking, or real estate investment
• Strong investor network (HNIs/UHNIs, family offices, institutions)
• Proven sales/fundraising track record
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sound knowledge of SEBI AIF norms and real estate investment frameworks
