For Our 25th Year, Basant Villa Gets a Facelift
At Motwani Constructions, we are extremely proud to have achieved the silver jubilee in our real estate perfection records. As per the occasion, a magnificent renovation is being done to Basant Villa – our first-ever project. An event was planned at LYFE Hotels in the IRIS Hall to celebrate the 25th Year of Motwani constructions. The celebration honoured not just our achievements but also our channel partners. “Partnership, Progress, and Recognition” was the subject, and we wanted to thank everyone who has supported us over this journey. Our motto, “Together, We Build Success,” expresses our gratitude to all those who have contributed to making these 25 years possible.
Enhancements at Basant Villa
Under Manas and Pankaj Motwani’s supervision, the face-lift at Basant Villa has returned more aesthetic and functional to the iconic property. The paver blocks have been added to the parking and communal spaces as part of the modifications, giving the residents a lovely and well-maintained environment. Families will love Basant Villa more since it has a newly renovated lawn and a kid’s play area, which makes it more children-friendly.
